NOTE began as a natural extension of a foundation in graphic design and fine art, alongside a desire to create invitations that feel composed, dimensional, and deeply considered.
Drawn to balance, proportion, and material, the way typography carries weight, texture changes how something is held, composition can feel structured yet expressive at the same time. We have created a standard in which invitations became more than informational pieces. They became layered works of art, incorporating canvas, fabric, paint, and curated embellishments to create form and movement beyond the page.

EXPLORATION
The process begins with listening to your your aesthetic preferences based upon your chosen venue and event elements, the atmosphere you want to create, while even the smallest details are considered.
Clients often arrive with a general direction. What unfolds is something more expansive. Materials are introduced. Unexpected pairings are explored. Concepts develop dimension. What once felt like “an invitation” begins to feel like artwork representing something larger.
DESIGN & CRAFTSMANSHIP
Once direction is established, the studio begins designing. Concepts are translated into composition, typography is balanced, scale adjusted, texture introduced. Materials are selected not only for beauty, but for the way they feel in the hand and how they interact with one another. A fabric detail softens an edge. A painted surface introduces quiet dimension. An embellishment catches the light.
You’re invited into the process.
